The luxury carries through to the islands cuisine, where the ocean holds the key to Vamizi?s main larder. Fresh local ingredients are cooked in Mediterranean and Indian Ocean style. The wine list is part sourced from a French vineyard belonging to one of Vamizi?s owners.
